1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your preferred product and size, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and confirm your order.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders across Pakistan.

3. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within Pakistan. Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.

4. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! Free Delivery is available on orders above PKR 3,099.

Orders below PKR 3,099 may have standard delivery charges, which will be shown at checkout.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping/tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

6. Can I return my order?

Yes. MENZA Clothing offers a 14-Day Easy Return & Refund Policy, subject to our return policy terms and conditions.

7. How do I request a return or refund?

Contact our customer support with your Order Number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

8. Can I exchange an item?

Exchange availability depends on the product and stock. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible if you need an exchange.

9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.

10. How do I choose the right size?

Please check the Size Guide available on the product page before placing your order. If you are still unsure, contact our support team for assistance.

11. Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact us to request cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

12. Are the product colors exactly the same as shown online?

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and photography.
